With full IntelliJ you can, of course, work in all of the other languages with the plugins installed but you will need to wade through options and menu items that are clearly for other languages\platforms (although, I will say this has gotten better over time). Having the IDEs menus and options targeted toward the types of projects I'm working in, to me, makes things easier. Honestly, it just comes down to personal preference and convenience.
